Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Gem State Mailers (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Idaho, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 30th 2026 and ends on June 1st 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Promotion by completing all required entry steps as outlined on this official Gem State Mailers website, which may include:
Scanning official QR codes distributed by Gem State Mailers
Completing the online entry form
Following or liking Gem State Mailers on Facebook
Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to enter more than permitted, including through automated or fraudulent means, may result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur within 7 days after the Promotion ends.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize
The prize consists of a $200.00 gift card to Gandolfo’s restaurant.
No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses associated with the prize.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and/or city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gem State Mailers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technical failures of any kind, including QR code scanning issues, website downtime, or internet connectivity problems.
10. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administering the Promotion and for marketing purposes consistent with applicable law.
12. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
